Very convenient location. 10 minute drive to Letchworth State Park. Wide variety of items at the free breakfast, warm cookies & clean hotel rooms. I stay here yearly. This year I was extremely disappointed. The quilt has been so poorly washed that it is like two sets of sheets put together with lumps of stuffing in between the sewed area. I checked with several other guests and they all had the same observation. This is not what you would expect for this quality of a hotel.
The suites are very comfortable. The bed extremely good. All good except HBO wouldn't come in. Oh well. They tried to help. Not their fault.
The room was spacious, clean, and attractive. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was great. There were issues with the ice machine but they sent out the following day and bought ice for the guests to use. We did think the price was a little steep for the location. Not sure if that reflected the time of year but it was higher than other hotels we've stayed at that were comparable.
What a wonderful place to stay (especially if you have the room with huge tub). The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good. I can't wait for some day, when we go again!
There are some very nice nice staff there. Both the people who worked the kitchen area during my 3 days (older woman I kept almost running into (LOL) and a very nice late 20's man were both kind and funny. 5☆ 8/29/17. Mt. Morris.

Revolting bedding! Duvet has hard lumps of stuffing between two thin sheets. Asked manager for new blanket and he brought an identical one saying "this is how they're sent to us." When we expressed our dismay at the uncomfortable bedding for the price of the room and reputation of the hotel chain, he shrugged. This is extremely disappointing for a Country Inn & Suites. I've stayed in Econolodges with nicer blankets.
